    Q: What method of payment do you accept?

    A: We accept PayPal as the only payment method at the moment as it provides the best buyer protection.

    Q: How are my items shipped?

    A: Your items are shipped by our fulfillment center and will usually reach you via your local postal service in your location. If you purchased multiple items in your order, it is possible that your items are shipped in separate packages

    Q: What times are deliveries usually made?

    A: Our products are usually delivered during local business hours (i.e. Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm) by the local postal system.

    Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

    A: We use standard shipping on all our products the delivery time is between 10 to 20 business days on average.

    Q: What happens if I am not home to accept the package delivery?

    A: Not to worry, most of our items will be left in your post box if they are small enough and if the postman does not have access to your postbox, it will usually be left at your local post office for you to pick up. They will also leave a note to make you aware of it.

    Q: Where do you ship from?

    A: We have a few warehouses around the world, in the United States, UK, and China. Generally, most of the orders are shipped from our warehouse in China due to convenient logistics.

    Q: I provided the wrong mailing address. What shall I do?

    A: Not to worry, as long as you reach out to us immediately regarding the error in your address, we will be more than happy to change it for you.

    Q: Can I change my address after receiving shipping confirmation?

    A: As for our Terms & Conditions, once an order has been shipped out from our warehouse, any changes to the order cannot be made and is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

    Q: Do I pay for eventually custom duties and/or import taxes?

    A: cannot be held responsible for any import charges made by your country's customs. It is advisable to check the pricing guide at your local customs department if you think you may have to pay an additional fee. is NOT responsible for stolen/lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or refunding/replacing packages in these cases. The customer is responsible for filing all claims.

    Q: I purchased multiple items in my order. Will they be shipped together?

    A: If you purchased multiple items in your order, it is possible that your items are shipped in separate packages. 


    Returns and Exchanges

    Q: Can I return an item that I don't like?

    A: Returns are accepted as long as they do not exceed 14 days of the buyer receiving the item. However, all returns made should be in perfect condition and the return postage is paid by the returner. Proof of postage should then be emailed to us at or, as proof of delivery.

    Order Changes

    Q: I have changed my mind about an order. What shall I do:

    A: If you have changed your mind about your order, please email us at or with your order number and let us know what's happening. Our team will be happy to assist you in finding a solution.

    Q: Can I change my order after I received shipping confirmation?

    A: Unfortunately, no. All orders that have left our warehouse are final and not changeable.


    Refunds and Cancellations

    Q: What is your return policy?

    A: We want our customers to love our products! If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) within 14 days for a refund.

    To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with the original packaging. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    Q: How long does it take to process the refund?

    A: Once the refund has been processed and the return delivery was accepted, this takes up to 14 working days to be processed.

    Q: I have not received my refund. What shall I do?

    Damaged Items

    Q: What should I do if I received a damaged / faulty item?
